Wheel shipping costs
The standard shipping amount shown at wheel checkout is $150 USD per order for United States delivery. Applicable sales tax is shown separately. WheelElite does not add a card-processing surcharge. The displayed item price, product-specific shipping, and applicable sales tax make up the checkout total. Eligible direct-payment discounts can reduce that total. Product-specific shipping promotions apply only when their eligibility conditions are met.
The $150 standard U.S. wheel shipping amount is honored at checkout. The KATOOL ME-T500 and WOLFBOX MTB-R1 use the displayed $150 UPS Ground rate. Other tires, accessories, optional delivery upgrades, and non-standard services use the shipping amount shown on their product page or at checkout. Any optional or non-standard charge is displayed and agreed before order submission; the displayed wheel price is honored. Contact us before ordering if the delivered cost is not shown for your destination.
Handling and delivery estimates
The standard wheel delivery estimate uses UPS Ground, two business days of handling, Monday through Friday fulfillment, and a 2:00 p.m. Central Time order cutoff. Carrier transit time depends on the delivery address and is additional to handling time.
Availability is shown for each wheel SKU. Options marked unavailable cannot be ordered online. The standard estimate begins after payment and fitment review. A custom finish can have a longer delivery estimate, which is disclosed before payment without changing the displayed wheel price.
Shipping offers
When displayed on an eligible product, the seven-day free-shipping offer applies to the qualifying wheel-and-tire package paid by Cash App, Zelle, or wire before its displayed deadline. Card purchases and wheels-only purchases are excluded unless the product page explicitly includes them. Read the offer terms and the product page for destination and delivery exclusions.
Delivery problems and returns
Inspect the shipment before mounting or installation. Keep the packaging and labels and contact WheelElite with photos if an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Obtain written return instructions before sending anything back. Our Return Policy explains the wheel return window, condition requirements, restocking fee, and return-shipping responsibility.
