1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of WheelElite.com and the services available through it. By using the site or submitting information, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Product, fitment, price, and availability
WheelElite.com honors the wheel price displayed when you submit your order. Availability is shown for each wheel SKU. Options marked unavailable cannot be ordered online. Your selected wheel specification, quantity, optional items, standard shipping and applicable tax are shown at checkout. We check vehicle fitment before sending the invoice. Changing the selected product, quantity, optional services, or delivery service changes the order total only with your agreement.
A planning tool or tire-size suggestion is not a fitment guarantee. Do not mount, install, or use a product until the product and vehicle details are checked against the final written order.
3. Submitting an order is not making a payment
After review, WheelElite.com may provide a final written order, invoice, secure payment instructions, or a request for additional information. Fulfillment begins after fitment is checked and payment is received. We will contact you if the selected specification is unsuitable for your vehicle, and any replacement requires your agreement.
Keep the unique order or request number provided after submission. It may be used to match the request, payment, support record, and campaign attribution without treating an unpaid submission as a completed purchase.
4. Payment methods and taxes
The checkout may let you select a card or a direct-payment method such as Cash App, Zelle, or wire transfer. Selecting a method does not itself transfer funds. WheelElite.com provides the applicable payment instructions after the order is placed and fitment is checked. The invoice uses the displayed item prices and checkout charges.
- Card: WheelElite does not add a card-processing surcharge. Secure payment steps are provided separately after review. Do not send full card details by email, text, or a site notes field.
- Cash App, Zelle, or wire: use only the instructions matched to your final written order and unique order number.
- PayPal accessories: eligible accessories may use a PayPal checkout. PayPal's own terms apply to information and payment submitted in its experience.
Sales or other applicable tax is additional to an advertised product price unless the offer expressly says otherwise. The final tax and total charged are confirmed before payment.
5. Seven-day direct-payment free-shipping offer
When an eligible product page displays the offer, free standard shipping applies only to the eligible wheel-and-tire package paid by Cash App, Zelle, or wire transfer before the seven-day deadline shown for that browser. The deadline begins from the qualifying page view and is retained using necessary site storage.
The offer does not apply to card payment or to a wheels-only purchase unless the page expressly includes it. Upgraded, remote-area, rerouted, or otherwise non-standard delivery charges are not included unless stated before order submission. The displayed product price and checkout charges are honored. WheelElite.com may correct display or technical errors but will not shorten a valid displayed deadline after an order request is submitted.
6. Returns, cancellations, and supplier terms
Eligible wheel returns follow the Return Policy. Tires, wheel-and-tire packages, and accessories can have product-, category-, and supplier-specific restrictions. Their cancellation, return, warranty, and freight terms are confirmed in the final written order before payment.
Do not mount, install, alter, or use a product if it appears damaged, incorrect, or inconsistent with the confirmed order. Contact WheelElite.com first and retain the product, packaging, labels, and clear photos.
7. WheelElite SMS Terms
By entering a mobile number and taking the specific opt-in action shown beside that field, you consent to the text messages described at that point. Consent is program-specific and is not a condition of purchase.
Programs
- One-time passwords and verification: a verification message when you request account or checkout verification; a new message may be sent if you request a resend.
- Quote, fitment, invoice, order, delivery, and support: non-marketing messages related to a request you submitted, only when the applicable optional service-message consent is selected. Frequency varies.
- Offers and promotions: recurring marketing messages only after a separate marketing opt-in. Frequency varies.
Rates and control
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel messages from the sending number. You may receive one final confirmation. Reply HELP for help, call +1-279-348-2886, or email billing@wheelelite.com. Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Providers may process the information only to deliver WheelElite.com communications and support. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account credentials and for accurate information submitted under your account. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false payment or identity information, misuse verification systems, scrape the site in a harmful manner, or use the service unlawfully.
9. Intellectual property
The WheelElite.com site, original design, text, graphics, code, and branding are owned by or licensed for the service and are protected by applicable law. Product names, trademarks, and supplier materials belong to their respective owners. No right is granted except ordinary lawful use of the site for shopping or customer support.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” WheelElite.com disclaims warranties not expressly included in a final written order or applicable product warranty. To the extent permitted by law, WheelElite.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from site use. Nothing here limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes
WheelElite.com may update the site, these Terms, or a messaging program for operational, security, or legal reasons. The current Terms and effective date will be posted here. A change does not alter a final written order already accepted unless the parties agree or law requires it.
